Day 82 - 188.2

WOW! It is amazing how LONG it takes to get back on track with losses after a ONE DAY treat. It just goes to show how important it is to avoid eating anything that is off plan. So this weeks losses will end up being ZERO! I am very sad about it..however I made the choice on purpose to have pizza last Sunday and knew that this would be the consequence for it.

It is VERY important to me that my losses amount to atleast 4 pounds by Saturday the 30th!


  1. I feel you pain, I had been 206.4 for six days. Today I am 207.0!! ARGH! Gosh, I couldn't even imagine what would happen to my weight if I was to have a cheat day. Hang in there, though. You have came a long way and have done so well. =)
