Ok...so I am pissed. I wanted to see 187 today really badly. I had ground beef last night and it seems that red meat makes my losses much slower. I guess its back to stupid old chicken tonite so I can see what I want to on the scale tomorrow morning.
I only exercised for 20 minutes, I used my rebounder. It was too cold out to go walk on the treadmill in my garage.
I was ravenously hungry last night and ate too fast so I had an upset stomach too. BOOOOOO!
Since I have to post from home...tomorrow and Sunday my posts will be much shorter I am sure.
