Still no loss...getting pissed off. I am going to do hard boiled eggs and shakes for as long as I can stand it for about 5 days.
I will not exercise tonight since I had only 4 hours sleep but starting Tuesday I am going to be consistent and add some strength training as well.
Also...I will start sleeping in my compression suit...(I have been dreading that)
I am not going to bother to weigh in until Saturday.
