Ok...so .8 loss. I am not pleased though as stupid TOM is still not here and this week has been a bummer because I really love seeing daily progress on the scale. Yesterdays foods are listed below. My protein grams are a few higher than I was aiming for but I had an extra slice of cheese. My calories are still much lower than I had been consuming in previous weeks, but it seems to be all that I really need at this point since my fat is so high. I am very satisfied and do not think I need to push myself to eat more just to increase the calorie count.
Edit: That jerk TOM showed up finally...Thank goodness!
