So here we are...5 days since I had a treat and I still have not gotten back to 199...arrggghhh. I am happy that I am closer BUT what I really want to see tomorrow is 199. No treats this weekend. I am determined that I will NOT have any kind of break from this way of eating until the scale reads 190.
Yesterday I had 2 shakes, a very small handful of peanuts and taco meat on romaine leaves with sour cream and avocado. Oh..I also had a slice of cheddar cheese before bedtime.
More tomorrow. Happy dieting.
